Spice n Sizzle

Hubby and I ate here today based on its high reviews, and it did not disappoint! The chef prepared an exceptional meal, and his service was equally impressive. The butter paneer/butter chicken had a creamy, rich sauce with just the right amount of spice—not overpowering at all. The saffron rice and naan were perfect accompaniments but the samosas wow! - made from the chef’s own recipe and are the best I’ve ever had. Also the music was good and the restaurant was clean. To top it all off, before we left, the chef gave us recommendations for our next visit and shared a spoonful of fennel seeds, explaining that they help with digestion after spicy food - made us appreciate the cultural touch. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious Indian food and a memorable dining experience 😊 Thank you chef!

I’ve eaten here on 2 separate occasions, and it has been a 10/10 experience both times. The food is absolutely delicious, some of the best curries I’ve ever tried. We got the butter chicken, chef’s special and chicken tikka masala paired with the basmati rice and garlic naan and the proportions are just perfect. 😋 Not to mention, the chef is so so kind and accommodating. You can tell when someone truly cares about their customer’s experience and he is one of them. I guarantee you’ll enjoy the food and service if you go! ✨

I would say Spice n Sizzle is one of the best Indian restaurants in Brisbane and Logan area. The entry and chicken tikka marsala are full of flavours, cheese and garlic nan bread and saffron rice were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The owner is so nice and friendly, he recommends and caters to our taste with right level of spiciness. Dishes are affordable with generous portion size. I would definitely come back and so excited to try other dishes in my next visit!

Great food. Great service. Great masala. The chef is very passionate about how to eat the food properly which I appreciate! I was too full and should have taken it away though :D I hope you might consider yet more dishes in future ! Like vindaloo 👀 masala chai was *chefs kiss*. Will be back for more later.
